Smokey Point Fill Expansion
Two NEW 6000 gallon Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Argon vessels that we just set in place in front of the 13315 (Smokey Point Campus) building today, standing nicely next to the existing 50 ton CO2 vessel we installed about a year ago:
Bulk Installation: Laser Application
The Installation of a 5600L liquid nitrogen tank with vaporizer powers, installed by Chris King, Nate Kelsey & Paul Feeney, system engineering specialists from our Central Cryogenics division.
A CENTRA-PAD was installed as the foundation for the 5,500 Liter MB tank to support a new Mitsubishi laser application, purchased to eliminate the bottle neck they were facing with lead times on their cut parts. CENTRA-PAD portable pads streamline the infrastructure to minimize the installation cost.
Vancouver WA: 50-ton Vertical CO2 Receiver Installation
We’re excited to get this up, installed and in service, primarily to support our BevCarb (bulk CO2) deliveries and CO2 squirt trucks serving the Kelso, Vancouver, Portland and Albany territories. We’ve outgrown the 14 ton receiver in Portland that’s been the primary source in that region. Keeping up with local business growth in the area required multiple deliveries per week to meet the needs of our customers.
Bulk Installation: Laser Application
Among our most recent bulk installations in service for operation, July 2019, is this 6000 gallon liquid nitrogen system. The system will supply gases for laser fabrication applications for uninterrupted gas supply. Shown next to the bulk vessel is a Chart Trifecta (pressure building) system, as well as our 7600 gallon Liquid Nitrogen transport… completing the first fill! Our Cryogenics team is capable to engineer bulk gas delivery systems to support a broad range of applications and gas needs.
